About Formation

Built around the people who make a team—not just the schedule they share.

Our beginnings

From individual growth
to a whole team.

Formation grew from the Trey4sCorner coaching app. Its starting point was personal: help athletes train with purpose, reflect on their work and keep their development in view.

The next step was to bring that care into schools and clubs. A coach needs a roster and a practice plan. A parent needs to know where to go and what their child is working on. An athlete needs a clear next step. Formation brings those different perspectives into one shared team experience.

It is built for more than one sport or one season. Families, athletes and coaches can belong to several organizations using the same account, while each club’s records stay separate.

Three perspectives. One team.

For coaches

Plan sessions, manage attendance and follow development goals. See the team’s formation and take the practice plan courtside.

For families

Follow linked children’s practices and homework, communicate with coaches and take part in everyday team life.

For athletes

See what’s coming up, complete assigned practice and keep personal goals and reflections close to the work.

Built with responsibility.

Convenience should never mean open access to a child’s information. Team-code requests require approval. Family views follow explicit child links. Private forms and safeguarding concerns stay with authorized people.
